Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service at all touchpoints
- Perform front desk duties including check-ins, check-outs, and reservation management
- Assist with housekeeping coordination and room status updates
- Operate hotel systems including POS and reservation software (training provided)
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain clean, organized lobby and common areas
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations
- Adhere to all safety and hygiene protocols
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – comprehensive training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED acceptable)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer proficiency with willingness to learn new systems
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Valid Kansas ID or driver's license
