Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, professional greetings and assistance to all hotel guests
- Manage front desk operations including check-ins/check-outs and reservation inquiries
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas and lobby spaces
- Assist with basic administrative tasks like answering phones and filing
- Uphold brand standards through exceptional service at all guest touchpoints
- Participate in daily team briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends/holidays
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with reservation systems
- Positive attitude with a passion for customer service
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license preferred
