Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, professional front desk services including check-in/check-out procedures
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and resolve concerns promptly
- Perform basic housekeeping duties to maintain guest room standards
- Support restaurant operations as needed (food service, bussing, etc.)
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams for seamless guest experiences
- Adhere to safety protocols and sanitation standards
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance hospitality skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Zero hospitality experience required – we train all team members
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy (point-of-sale systems training provided)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and shifts
- Valid Texas ID or driver's license
