Responsibilities
- Provide warm, professional guest check-in/check-out services
- Assist with luggage handling and guest requests
- Operate hotel reservation systems and manage room assignments
- Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Uphold strict cleanliness and safety standards
- Participate in daily team briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - we provide full training!
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Basic computer literacy
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Valid Washington State Food Handler's Card (provided if needed)
