Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service through personalized interactions and prompt problem resolution
- Manage front desk operations including check-in/out, reservations, and guest inquiries
- Maintain pristine guest room standards through detailed cleaning protocols
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B departments for seamless service delivery
- Handle cash transactions and POS system operations with accuracy
- Assist with event setup and special guest requests as needed
- Adhere to safety protocols and sustainability initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (hospitality coursework preferred)
- 0-2 years experience in customer service or hospitality
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math proficiency for handling transactions
- Valid Oregon Food Handler's Card (or willingness to obtain)
- Positive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities
- Must pass background check and drug screening
