Responsibilities
- Check guests in/out efficiently using our state-of-the-art hotel management system
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Process payments, manage cash floats, and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations
- Market hotel amenities and local attractions to enhance guest experiences
- Maintain a pristine front desk environment and public areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak seasons and special events
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in hotel property management systems (Opera, FOSSE)
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
