Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through check-in/out, room assignments, and concierge support
- Manage reservations, billing inquiries, and payment processing with precision
- Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance requests for seamless operations
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally using company protocols
- Uphold brand standards through cleanliness, safety, and compliance checks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel/hospitality experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency with property management systems (e.g., Opera, IDS)
- Valid Minnesota food handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
