Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest check-in/check-out experiences with efficiency and warmth
- Manage reservation systems and optimize room occupancy through strategic booking management
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Execute upselling strategies for premium rooms and spa services
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year front desk or customer service experience in hospitality
- Proven ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with property management systems (Opera, Fidelio)
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Mesa attractions and local amenities
