Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across front desk, concierge, and valet operations
- Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and check-in/check-out procedures
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations
- Execute upselling strategies for premium accommodations and local experiences
- Maintain detailed knowledge of hotel amenities and New Orleans attractions
- Resolve guest concerns promptly with empathy and professionalism
- Participate in daily briefings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year luxury hospitality or high-volume hotel experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments
- Valid Louisiana hospitality certification (preferred)
- Proficiency in Opera property management system
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of French or Spanish (advantageous)
