Responsibilities
- Manage seamless guest check-in/check-out processes using Opera property management system
- Handle reservation inquiries, modifications, and room allocations
- Resolve guest complaints with discretion and solution-oriented approach
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and valet departments
- Provide local recommendations and arrange transportation/activities
- Execute upselling strategies for room upgrades and amenities
Qualifications
- 2+ years hotel front desk or guest services experience
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera preferred)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends/holidays
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency highly valued
- Attention to detail in financial transactions and documentation
