Responsibilities
- Efficiently process guest check-ins/check-outs using property management systems
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues, and coordinate with housekeeping/maintenance
- Manage room reservations and inventory controls
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Execute upselling techniques for room upgrades and amenities
- Collaborate with concierge team to enhance guest satisfaction
Qualifications
- 1+ years hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency in Opera or similar property management systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic accounting knowledge for cash handling
- High school diploma or equivalent required
