Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/check-out processes with precision and efficiency
- Handle reservations, inquiries, and special requests via phone, email, and in-person
- Upsell hotel amenities, spa packages, and local experiences
- Resolve guest concerns promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Maintain accurate billing records and payment processing
- Collaborate with housekeeping, concierge, and management teams
- Execute daily front desk operations and reporting procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Opera or PMS hotel software
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Valid California driver's license (for vaifing duties)
- Basic knowledge of Sacramento tourism attractions
- TSSBI certification preferred
