Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a memorable first and last impression.
- Process check-ins and check-outs efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and escalate issues to management as necessary.
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and communicate effectively with housekeeping and maintenance teams.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
