Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm welcome to guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Guest Services: Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and make recommendations for local dining and attractions.
- Communication: Answer incoming phone calls professionally and manage email correspondence in a timely manner.
- Administrative Tasks: Process payments, maintain accurate guest records, and issue room keys securely.
- Visual Standards: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing front desk and lobby area at all times.
- Upselling: Promote hotel amenities and special packages to maximize revenue opportunities.
Qualifications
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a positive and friendly attitude.
- Flexibility: Ability to work a varied schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Computer Proficiency: Basic computer literacy and typing skills (training provided on property management systems).
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
