Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and assist all hotel guests with check-in/check-out procedures
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and payment processing
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests via phone, email, and in-person
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and valet teams to ensure seamless service
- Handle guest complaints with professionalism and escalate when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of guest transactions and communications
- Uphold brand standards and maintain a clean, organized lobby area
Qualifications
- No prior hotel experience required – we provide full paid training!
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency with ability to learn reservation systems
- Positive attitude and willingness to work flexible hours (including nights/weekends)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
