- Handle incoming calls and emails with professionalism and courtesy.
- Manage room reservations and coordinate with housekeeping to ensure room readiness.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Assist guests with local directions, recommendations, and any special requests.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Qualifications
