Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests, managing check-in and check-out procedures with efficiency and care.
- Guest Assistance: Act as the primary contact for guests, answering questions about local attractions, dining, and services.
- Communication: Handle incoming phone calls and emails professionally, directing inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Reservations: Process room reservations and modify existing bookings accurately using our property management system.
- Payment Handling: Process payments and handle cash transactions, ensuring all financial records are balanced at the end of the shift.
- Facility Maintenance: Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with housekeeping and maintenance staff to address guest requests and ensure room readiness.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Age: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Experience: No prior hospitality experience is necessary; we teach you everything you need to know.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with property management software is a plus but not mandatory.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Availability: Must be flexible to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Background: Must be able to pass a standard background check.
