Responsibilities
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area and lobby.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to guest inquiries via email or in person.
- Handle guest complaints or requests immediately and escalate to management when necessary.
- Perform light administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and mail distribution.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure room readiness.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not always required.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and have a positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn new systems and procedures quickly.
