Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently with warm, personalized service
- Handle reservations, billing inquiries, and guest requests Resolve guest concerns promptly using service recovery protocols
- Collaborate with housekeeping, valet, and concierge teams
- Operate hotel management systems (Opera/PMS)
- Maintain security procedures for guest safety
- Upsell room upgrades and hotel amenities
Qualifications
- 1+ years hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency with reservation systems (Opera preferred)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends/holidays
- Boston knowledge and local attractions awareness
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Multilingual abilities (Spanish/French) a plus
