Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-in/check-out processes with attention to detail
- Handle reservation inquiries and modifications using our PMS system
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate complex issues to management
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Act as local tourism resource for guests exploring Charlotte attractions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency with property management systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math and cash handling abilities
- Valid North Carolina driver's license (if required for shuttle duties)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
