Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at the front desk, including check-in/out processes
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest inquiries
- Process payments and handle cash/credit card transactions
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and valet departments
- Resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate guest records and billing information
- Assist with concierge services and local recommendations
- Participate in daily team briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, Cloudbeds)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Florida driver's license (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of foreign languages (Spanish/French advantageous)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
