Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a memorable first and last impression.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently using our property management system.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to guest inquiries via email or in person regarding hotel services, local attractions, and dining options.
- Handle guest complaints or special requests with patience and a problem-solving mindset.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Process payments and reconcile daily financial transactions accurately.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; full training is provided for enthusiastic candidates.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
