Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome guests upon arrival, checking them in with a smile and efficiency.
- Handle all check-out procedures, including processing payments and issuing receipts.
- Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally, directing messages as needed.
- Assist guests with inquiries regarding local attractions, dining, and transportation.
- Manage luggage storage and provide directions or valet services when required.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve guest requests immediately.
Qualifications
- No previous hotel or hospitality experience is required; we value attitude and willingness to learn.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn property management systems quickly.
- Reliable transportation is a must.
