Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and assist guests with check-in/check-out procedures
- Manage reservation systems and handle guest inquiries professionally
- Operate hotel technology (PMS systems, payment processing)
- Maintain cleanliness and order of public areas (lobby, restrooms)
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Process payments and manage cash drawer accurately
- Assist with luggage and special guest accommodations
Qualifications
