Responsibilities

- Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly, directing inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Assist guests with room service requests, local recommendations, and any special accommodations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby and front desk area at all times.
- Handle customer complaints with patience and resolve issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn property management software.
