Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a positive first and last impression.
- Checking guests in and out efficiently using our property management system.
- Answering incoming phone calls and emails promptly to address inquiries and reservations.
- Assisting guests with directions, local recommendations, and special requests.
- Processing payments accurately and maintaining a tidy front desk area.
- Collaborating with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready.
Qualifications
- No prior hospitality experience required; we value attitude and work ethic over experience.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
