Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently using hotel management software.
- Answer multi-line phones and respond to emails and inquiries in a professional manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both hotel guests and visitors.
- Assist guests with luggage, transportation, and local recommendations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.
- Handle guest complaints and requests with empathy and problem-solving skills.
- Process payments and manage cash registers accurately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy is a plus, but we will train the right candidate.
- A valid driver's license is a plus.
