Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in/check-out processes efficiently.
- Manage guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with a focus on exceptional customer service.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area at all times.
- Handle guest complaints or requests promptly and professionally.
- Assist with luggage handling and valet services as needed.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Process payments and manage reservations accurately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
- Basic computer proficiency is preferred but not mandatory.
- Valid driver's license (required for valet/luggage duties).
