Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process for all guests.
- Lead, train, and mentor front desk agents to deliver exceptional, personalized customer service.
- Resolve guest complaints and inquiries with empathy, professionalism, and swift problem-solving skills.
- Manage room assignments, monitor availability, and optimize occupancy rates in collaboration with the reservations team.
- Process daily financial transactions, including cash handling, billing, and end-of-shift auditing.
- Ensure compliance with hotel standards, safety protocols, and premium brand guidelines.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to fulfill guest requests and maintain pristine facilities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hotel front desk or hospitality role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with full fluency in English.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera PMS) and standard office applications.
- Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of coaching and developing team members.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required by the hospitality industry.
- Impeccable attention to detail and outstanding problem-solving capabilities in high-pressure situations.
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Hospitality Management is highly preferred.
