As the General Manager, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for the strategic vision and day-to-day execution of all hotel functions.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize occupancy, revenue, and profitability.
- Mentor and develop department heads and staff to ensure high performance and engagement.
- Monitor financial performance, including P&L management, budget adherence, and forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws, as well as brand standards.
- Handle high-level guest inquiries and resolve complex issues to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Recruit, interview, and hire staff to maintain a diverse and talented workforce.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in the hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of managing a multi-million dollar budget and achieving revenue goals.
- Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, Micros) and MS Office Suite.
- Valid Food Handler and Alcohol Server certifications (or willingness to obtain).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
