Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring seamless execution of services.
- Manage and mentor a diverse team of hospitality professionals to foster a positive work environment.
- Develop and execute annual budgets and financial strategies to drive profitability and efficiency.
- Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, and local regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, community partners, and guests.
- Lead marketing initiatives and sales efforts to maximize occupancy and revenue.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in hotel management, preferably in a luxury or upscale setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven track record of financial success and budget management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate teams.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
