Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring seamless execution of all services.
- Manage the P&L (Profit and Loss) statement to drive revenue and control costs.
- Lead, train, and mentor a diverse staff of 50+ employees.
- Ensure the highest standards of guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop and implement strategic marketing and guest relations initiatives.
- Maintain full compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Handle escalated guest complaints with diplomacy and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in hotel management, preferably in a full-service property.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and forecasting.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in hotel property management systems (PMS).
