Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front-of-house, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Ensure the highest standards of guest satisfaction and service delivery through regular inspections and feedback analysis.
- Manage the hotel budget, P&L, and financial reporting with precision.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a diverse team of hospitality professionals.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, innovation, and employee retention.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local community members and corporate partners.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in hotel management, preferably in a luxury or upscale setting.
- Proven track record of increasing revenue and guest satisfaction scores.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a large staff.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
