Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Manage the hotel's budget, financial reporting, and forecasting to meet or exceed targets.
- Foster a positive work environment by recruiting, training, and retaining top talent.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, vendors, and community partners.
- Ensure full compliance with all health, safety, and local regulations.
- Handle escalated guest complaints with the highest level of professionalism and empathy.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hospitality management, preferably in a similar property size.
- Proven track record of increasing revenue and managing P&L.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Micros).
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
