Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures efficiently.
- Answer guest inquiries regarding hotel amenities, local attractions, and services promptly.
- Handle guest complaints or requests with patience and professionalism, escalating issues when necessary.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions.
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet high standards.
- Upsell hotel services and amenities to enhance the guest stay.
Qualifications
- No prior hospitality experience is required; we value attitude and work ethic over experience.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
