Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Make beds, change linens, and ensure all amenities (toiletries, towels, etc.) are fully stocked and replenished.
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or missing items to the Housekeeping Supervisor immediately.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with guests and fellow staff members.
- Follow all established procedures for chemical usage and safety protocols to protect yourself and guests.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is preferred but not required; comprehensive training is provided.
- Ability to stand, walk, and exert physical effort for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and a genuine commitment to quality service.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a cohesive team.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and perform bending, twisting, and reaching motions.
