Responsibilities
- Room Preparation: Clean and sanitize guest rooms and bathrooms according to strict hotel standards and safety protocols.
- Bed Making: Ensure all beds are made with fresh linens, blankets, and pillows for a welcoming guest experience.
- Restocking: Restock amenities such as soap, shampoo, coffee, and towels to maintain room inventory levels.
- Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections of rooms to identify and report any maintenance issues or damages to the front desk or maintenance team.
- Organization: Keep hallways and storage areas tidy and organized to ensure a safe working environment.
- Guest Interaction: Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with guests or answering inquiries regarding room status.
Qualifications
- Reliability: Must be dependable and able to maintain a consistent work schedule.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to notice cleanliness issues and ensure high standards of presentation.
- Physical Stamina: Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- No Experience Required: Prior housekeeping experience is a plus, but not mandatory. We are willing to train the right candidate.
- Basic English: Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
