Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to company standards.
- Make beds, replace linens, and ensure all amenities are stocked and ready for guests.
- Empty trash bins and replace liners in guest rooms and public areas.
- Maintain a safe and hazard-free environment by promptly reporting maintenance issues.
- Interact courteously with guests and resolve any cleanliness-related concerns efficiently.
- Follow all safety protocols and cleaning chemical handling guidelines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
