As a Housekeeper, you are the guardian of our guests' comfort. You will ensure that every room meets our exacting standards of cleanliness and hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a pristine environment in guest rooms, suites, and public areas.
- Make beds, dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and sanitize bathrooms to hotel standards.
- Restock amenities such as towels, toiletries, and soaps to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or missing items to management immediately.
- Adhere to strict OSHA safety and sanitation protocols at all times.
- Interact politely and professionally with guests and fellow staff members.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is preferred but not required (comprehensive training provided).
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Reliable transportation required within New York City.
- Must be available for rotating shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
