Responsibilities
- Room Preparation: Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas to the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.
- Inventory Management: Ensure all guest supplies, linens, toiletries, and amenities are stocked and organized in accordance with brand standards.
- Maintenance Reporting: Identify and report maintenance issues, such as broken fixtures or plumbing, to the engineering department immediately.
- Laundry Services: Sort, wash, fold, and iron linens and towels according to strict quality protocols.
- Guest Services: Respond to guest requests in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a memorable stay experience.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety, health, and fire regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is required.
- Experience: Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial services is preferred but not mandatory for enthusiastic candidates.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence in cleanliness.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and ability to communicate effectively with the management team.
