Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including changing linens, replenishing amenities, and polishing surfaces
- Deep-clean common areas such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms to brand standards
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report maintenance issues promptly
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and eco-friendly cleaning practices
- Provide courteous guest interactions during room service or corridor encounters
- Complete room turnovers efficiently within established timeframes
- Collaborate with team members to maintain seamless daily operations
Qualifications
