Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a seamless check-in/check-out experience.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Area Maintenance: Ensure the lobby, reception area, and public spaces are immaculate and welcoming at all times.
- Information Desk: Assist guests with local recommendations, directions, and hotel amenities.
- Reservation Support: Process bookings and update guest records accurately in our property management system.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure total guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; no prior experience required.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Attitude: Reliability, punctuality, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Technical: Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Physical: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light objects when necessary.
