Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a positive first impression and professional check-in/check-out experience.
- Manage and process reservations and room bookings efficiently using hotel management software.
- Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, or in-person promptly and professionally.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and common areas.
- Handle cash transactions and prepare accurate end-of-day reports.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet high standards.
- Resolve guest complaints or special requests to ensure a memorable stay.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field is preferred but not always required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with diverse groups of people.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and property management systems is a plus.
- A professional appearance and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
