We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Manager to lead our operations. Due to our recent expansion, we have an urgent opening for a dedicated professional to oversee our front-of-house and back-of-house teams.

Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations, ensuring a seamless guest experience from check-in to check-out.
- Manage and mentor a diverse team of front desk agents, housekeeping staff, and culinary personnel.
- Analyze financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.
- Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Resolve complex guest complaints and high-level vendor negotiations.
- Implement marketing initiatives to drive occupancy and revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in hotel management or a related luxury service role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Proven experience in P&L management and financial reporting.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (bilingual a plus).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management is preferred.
