Responsibilities

  • Oversee all daily operations, ensuring a seamless guest experience from check-in to check-out.
  • Manage and mentor a diverse team of front desk agents, housekeeping staff, and culinary personnel.
  • Analyze financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.
  • Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Resolve complex guest complaints and high-level vendor negotiations.
  • Implement marketing initiatives to drive occupancy and revenue growth.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in hotel management or a related luxury service role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
  • Proven experience in P&L management and financial reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (bilingual a plus).
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
