Responsibilities
- Direct all hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and guest services
- Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction
- Manage team performance through training, scheduling, and performance reviews
- Resolve escalated guest issues with professionalism and discretion
- Monitor financial performance and maintain budget compliance
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Collaborate with sales team to drive occupancy and revenue
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- 5+ years hotel management experience in luxury properties
- Proven revenue management and P&L oversight skills
- Strong leadership and team development abilities
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Knowledge of hotel management software (Opera, etc.)
- Valid Arizona Food Handler's Manager certification
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends
