Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability while controlling operational costs.
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences by resolving complaints and maintaining high service standards.
- Manage the P&L (Profit and Loss) statement, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Enforce all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations strictly.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to promote hotel events and special packages.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in hotel management or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proven track record of managing budgets and improving financial performance.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Guestline, or similar).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Deep knowledge of local Tampa hospitality market and regulations.
