Responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B services
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to maximize revenue and occupancy rates
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and health/safety regulations
- Handle guest complaints and resolve service issues promptly
- Monitor financial performance through P&L analysis and budget management
- Coordinate with sales team to drive group and corporate bookings
Qualifications
- 5+ years progressive hotel management experience
- Proven track record in revenue generation and cost control
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Strong knowledge of PMS systems and revenue management tools
- Excellent leadership and team-building abilities
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Oklahoma hospitality license/certification preferred
