Responsibilities
- Direct and coordinate all hotel operations to ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction.
- Manage the P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.
- Mentor and develop department heads and staff to foster a culture of operational excellence.
- Address and resolve complex guest complaints with urgency and diplomacy.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and company policies.
- Implement and maintain luxury standards across all public areas, guest rooms, and back-of-house functions.
- Oversee marketing initiatives and public relations activities to drive occupancy and revenue.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in luxury hotel management or a similar senior leadership role.
- Strong background in P&L management and financial performance analysis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on high-end client relations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in Property Management Systems (e.g., Opera, Micros) and MS Office Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a diverse team.
