Responsibilities
- Manage all hotel departments including front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance guest experience and revenue
- Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team of hospitality professionals
- Monitor financial performance and control operational costs
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and health/safety regulations
- Build relationships with corporate clients and event coordinators
- Drive sales strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- 5+ years hotel management experience with luxury properties
- Proven track record of achieving financial and operational goals
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Expertise in PMS systems and revenue management
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of Minneapolis tourism market preferred
