- Oversee daily hotel operations during weekend shifts, ensuring seamless guest experiences.

- Train and mentor junior staff to maintain high service standards.
- Conduct nightly audits and prepare end-of-shift reports.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel management or front office supervision.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as required.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (PMS).
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
